High efficient desulfurization at temperature can be achieved for the first time, and it can be used to mix proper sulfur absorbent according to the coal type. The desulfurization efficiency is high,and can be higher than 50% and reach the highest level in China using the clean blending coal. Ca/s mol ratio(1.5-2.0)can be decreased, which makes the good combustion of blending coal combined with absorbent.
Other advantages include easy operation, less investment and running cost, less footprint, simple process, no secondary pollution, and high reusable component in the slag. Applied in CFB can removal Sox and Nox simultaneously, the disposed fuel gas can meet the national discharge standard without extra equipment of FGD.
